subscribed to the chatgpt roic plan but chatgpt limits me

chatgpt tells me it cant do any more charting for 5 hours. I have only made 1 chart. What dont I understand? I am logged into roic and I logged into chatgpt under the free plan even though nothing said I had to. Should I log out of chatgpt? is that the issue? Or is there a time delay for my subscription to pass over to chatgpt?
