Add metrics characteristic for REITs

Hello, that would be awesome if I could use roic.ai to analyze REITs. For this, metrics like:

• FFO (funds from operations)

• AFFO (adjusted funds from operations)

• LTV (Loan-to-value)

• NET (net operating income)

are needed.
